Hundreds of participants are expected to attend the Annual Meeting of New Champions in Tianjin between 13-15 September 2010. Driving growth through sustainability is fundamental for global, national and business competitiveness in the 21st century.

TaKaDu’s Founder and CEO, Amir Peleg, a 2011 World Economic Forum Technology Pionner, is attending the annual meeting and will be participating in an IdeasLab session titled –

“The Next Wave of Green”

This session featuring the Forum’s Technology Pioneers will look closely at green solutions, including smart water grids, fuel cells, next-generation lithium-ion batteries, eco-friendly materials, and more.

  • Date/Time: Wednesday, September 15, 2:00-3:15 p.m.
  • Joining Mr Peleg will be Eben Bayer, Founder and CEO, Ecovative Design; Dr. Lampe-Önnerud CEO of Boston Power,  Joaquin Silva, President and CEO, On-Ramp Wireless; and K. R. Sridhar, Co-Founder and CEO, Bloom Energy. The session will be facilitated by Jennifer Schenker, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Informilo.
